1.1. INKD Direct (“the Service”) is a professional product distribution service operated by Inked Crown (“Inked Crown”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Winsford, United Kingdom.
1.2. By accessing, purchasing from, or otherwise using INKD Direct, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. These Terms apply to all product orders, deliveries, enquiries, and transactions carried out through INKD Direct.

2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3.1. INKD Direct distributes products related to scalp micropigmentation (SMP), professional aesthetic products, aftercare, equipment, and other approved goods.
3.2. Products distributed through INKD Direct may be sourced, stocked, or fulfilled by Inked Crown or by approved third-party suppliers, including manufacturer-direct supply where applicable.
3.3. Inked Crown reserves the right to update, remove, or change available products, specifications, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
4.1. INKD Direct supplies professional-use aesthetic products, SMP products, aftercare items, equipment, and approved consumables only.
4.2. INKD Direct does not sell, distribute, or supply anti-wrinkle treatment products, including but not limited to botulinum toxin-based injectables (e.g. BOTOX® or equivalent products).
4.3. Any references on the INKD Direct page, blog content, marketing materials, or educational resources to anti-wrinkle injections or similar treatments are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only and do not imply product availability through INKD Direct.
4.4. All injectable, medical, or skin-contact products supplied by INKD Direct are intended for use by trained and qualified professionals only.
4.5. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they hold appropriate qualifications, insurance, and regulatory compliance before purchasing or using any product.
4.6. INKD Direct does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment protocols, unless explicitly stated in writing.
5.1. All orders are accepted subject to availability.
5.2. Full payment must be made at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3. Payments are processed via approved secure payment providers.
5.4. Inked Crown reserves the right to decline or cancel orders where necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues.
6.1. All prices are stated in GBP (£) and exclude VAT. VAT will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable.
6.2. Delivery fees, where applicable, will be clearly displayed prior to checkout.
6.3. Inked Crown reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
7.1. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7.2. Inked Crown is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
7.3. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once the order has been handed to the courier.
7.4. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Inked Crown is not liable for losses caused by incorrect address details.
7.5. Manufacturer-Direct Equipment Supply
Certain aesthetic devices supplied by INKD Direct, including but not limited to the SMAS FOCUS X HIFU system, are supplied direct from the manufacturer.
For manufacturer-direct devices:
Orders are placed specifically for the Customer
An estimated lead time of up to 14 days applies from order confirmation
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, shipping, or customs processing
By purchasing a manufacturer-direct item, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the stated lead time.
8.1. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, most cosmetic, SMP, or skin-contact products are non-returnable unless faulty.
8.2. Any defective product must be reported to Inked Crown within 7 days of receipt, supported by photographic or written evidence.
8.3. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the issue has been assessed and confirmed.
8.4. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorised handling are not eligible for return.
8.5. Manufacturer-direct equipment orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production or dispatch has commenced, unless required by law.
9.1. By purchasing from INKD Direct, the Customer agrees to follow all manufacturer guidelines, safety instructions, and legal requirements.
9.2. Inked Crown accepts no responsibility for improper or unauthorised use of any product.
9.3. Professional-use products must only be used by qualified practitioners.
10.1. All trademarks, branding, original content, and materials created by or specifically for INKD Direct and Inked Crown remain the intellectual property of Inked Crown.
10.2. Product images, descriptions, and materials supplied by third-party manufacturers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
10.3. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission from the relevant rights holder.
11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inked Crown shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of business, income, or reputation
Delays caused by third-party carriers, manufacturers, or suppliers
11.2. Inked Crown’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
12.1. Inked Crown processes customer data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
12.2. Customer information will only be shared with third parties for delivery, payment processing, or legal compliance.

13.1. Inked Crown may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
13.2. Continued use of INKD Direct after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
