1.1. INKD Direct (“the Service”) is a product distribution service operated by Inked Crown (“Inked Crown”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Winsford, UK.

4.1. Orders are accepted subject to availability.
4.2. Full payment must be made at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. Payments are processed through approved secure payment providers.
4.4. Inked Crown reserves the right to decline or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or supply issues.
5.1. All prices are stated in GBP (£) and exclude VAT. VAT will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable.
5.2. Delivery fees, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

6.1. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.2. Inked Crown is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.3. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the Customer once the order has been handed to the courier.
6.4. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Inked Crown is not liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
7.1. Due to hygiene and safety standards, most cosmetic, SMP, or skin-contact products are non-returnable unless faulty.
7.2. If a product is defective, the Customer must notify Inked Crown within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
7.3. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the issue has been assessed and confirmed.
7.4. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage are not eligible for return.
8.1. By purchasing through INKD Direct, the Customer agrees to follow all product guidelines, safety instructions, and legal requirements.
8.2. Inked Crown is not responsible for improper use of any products.
8.3. Professional-use products must only be used by qualified practitioners.
9.1. All trademarks, branding, product imagery, and content created by or specifically for INKD Direct and Inked Crown remain the intellectual property of Inked Crown.
9.2. Product images, descriptions, and materials provided by third-party manufacturers or suppliers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
9.3. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from INKD Direct without appropriate permission from the relevant rights holder.
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inked Crown is not liable for:
indirect or consequential losses
loss of business, income, or reputation
delays caused by third-party carriers
10.2. Inked Crown’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
11.1. Inked Crown handles customer data in accordance with UK GDPR laws.
11.2. Customer information will not be shared with third parties except for delivery, payment processing, or legal compliance.
